Dear valued Renaza customers,

We would like to share an important update with you.

After careful consideration, we have decided to cease operations on 7th June at our Heeren outlet due to ongoing unreasonable conduct by the master tenant, Courts Nojima.

For clarity, we currently have a four-month deposit placed with the master tenant, and we are only at the beginning of June, with the current month’s rental payable. Despite this, the master tenant has taken the position of wanting to re-enter the outlet over the June rental payment, even though it is only the 5th day of the month.

In view of this, we have decided that we cannot continue operating under such pressure and uncertainty. While this is not an easy decision, we believe it is the right one to protect our team, our customers, and the long-term Renaza experience that many of you have trusted over the years.

Please be assured that Renaza is not going away.

We will be resuming our services at Marina Bay Link Mall, #B2-52, after approximately three weeks of re-furnishing works to refresh and prepare the outlet to welcome our regulars back properly. We will update you as soon as the re-furnishing is completed and bookings are ready to resume.

As a gesture of care and continuity, regulars with existing Renaza credits may redeem them across our 7 PULSE TCM clinics for selected TCM treatments during this interim period. Our team will be happy to assist with the arrangements and advise on the available options.

At the same time, we are also in the process of confirming an exciting new concept at a new centrally located mall, estimated to be ready after October 2026.

This new 2,200 sq ft space will house the upcoming PULSE X Renaza Skin Recovery Studio, a next-generation beauty-health concept bringing together facial care, skin recovery, and East-meets-West integrative programmes for optimal skin solutions.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused during this interim period. However, after careful consideration, we have decided to stand up against what we believe is unfair and unreasonable treatment by the master tenant. We will also be filing our claims against them as we progress.

To all our regulars, thank you for your continued trust, patience, and support. This is a temporary pause at Heeren, not a step back for Renaza.

The Heeren chapter may be closing earlier than expected, but the Renaza journey is entering a much stronger new phase.
